Safe House Renovations Are Done!

Real Hope Youth Community Organization (RHYCO), has officially opened their new safe house compound in Kawangware slum, Nairobi. They took possession in November and spent the next few months renovating. What started out as a filthy junkyard has now become a beautiful refuge for children who have been abused.
Some children have already moved in, and plans are in place to identify and rescue others who are at high risk of abuse, often by parents and other relatives. The RHYCO team told us that …
